  • Digital Voice Recording Device (hand-held devices, which allows you to carry it with you where ever you go. Upload the voice file to our site and let us do the rest).
  • Digital Phone Recording (phone in option for recording your dictations. Call our local number, dictate your patients, letters, thoughts etc. and let us do the rest. Call from any phone, anywhere, anytime).
We also provide free technical support for contracted offices. Our technical services are provided free of charge. We will help you set up your devices, computers, and any other equipment necessary to make your processes easy and worry free. Please contact us if you are having any difficulties or need to be set up for new service. Below is a list of things you will need for digital service.

  • Computer(s) with FTP capabilities. (what is FTP?)
  • High Speed Internet (preferred)
  • Digital recording device. (hand held, computer, phone etc.)
